Please allow us 2 business days to fulfill and issue a tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number, you should expect your package within 3-4 business days depending on how it was shipped.
Please note that international shipping can take some time. The USPS claims 30 days to some areas. We cannot be held responsible for any orders shipped via USPS. The most reliable is UPS.

We want you to be happy – if you’re not, please feel free to reach out. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can set up an exchange or refund. All products must be in original, unworn/unwashed condition. Don’t bend the brim and then decide to send it back!
Exchanges + Store Credit
If you would like an exchange or store credit for any of your purchases, email us at email@example.com and we’ll cover return shipping. We will email you a PDF return label that you can print out and affix to the box. Once we receive your returned item we’ll ship out your exchange. Exchanges are accommodated only once per order. If you have requested store credit, we’ll email you a discount code to be used for any future order (valid forever) upon receipt of your returned item.
Within 30 days of purchase you may return full-price items for refund. Email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help set it up. Sale and custom items are not eligible for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you request a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs back to us.

Please include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number. Once we receive the returned item/s, we will email you notification of our receipt and issue you a refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account statement.
Please note we cannot process returns for any products purchased from any of our retail partners.
If we make a mistake or if there is any damage/defect to your product, please let us know. We will gladly cover all shipping costs to remedy the issue.
