This season we are teaming up with Woolrich Woolen Mills for something special. We were invited to tour the factory and dig through the archives and select some incredible deadstock fabrics. Here's what we saw with the amazing hospitality and leadership of Gehron Burkholder.
Who is Gehron Burkholder and where is your name from
The name part of this question is much easier. Gehron was my Grandmother's maiden name on my mothers side, I’m pretty sure it’s German. As for who I am, I'd say Im Im a chill dude who enjoys bbqs, bike rides and going on adventures with good friends. Originally from Portland, Oregon living in NYC, working for Woolrich on strategic partnerships and all things marketing.
Ocean or mountains and why.
Ocean. It used to be the mountains but then I discovered how much fun it is to catch waves. Also, there is nothing better than bonfires on the beach and the smell of sea air first thing in the morning.
Best thing about Woolrich, Pennsylvania
The Woolen Mill. I love exploring all the nooks and crannies and getting lost. There is so much history, it’s really an amazing place. Every time I go to Woolrich, I try to spend as much time as possible in the mill learning about the production process. It’s amazing to watch raw wool turn into beautiful fabric.
Top five albums

Favorite thing about NY
The energy. It’s always entertaining and exciting.
